At least thatโs how we felt working on this for the past few months. He has one of the biggest digital footprints of anyone weโve reported on, which made this a challenging gold mine. (Quotes around "act" added by me... ...mostly. ๐) It's funny tho, I wonder who is more to blame for the rise of Trump as an actual politician? I know a lot of people blame that time when Barack Obama and Seth Meyers roasted Donald Trump at the White House Correspondentsโ Dinner... and I used to think that too... but that was just the tipping point. Ultimately, I really believe Trump would have disappeared into obscurity if not for Mark Burnett and the Hollywoodification of the false & inflated narrative Trump crafted over so many years of John Barron lies and ridiculousness. The true POWER of mass media and good storytelling. I still can't believe half the country is buying this tired boomer's bullshit. It's amazing to me, how powerful that "owning the libs" attitude is.
