Had to miss group therapy today, but Iâll definitely be there next month, Iâm having some struggles this month and overwhelmed, but Iâll see you next month, and itâll right after my birthday, so hopefully I will be in a better head space! I hope you, and all the group therapy friends, old and new, are doing well!!
