[WIP] Boss Sumner & Secretary Cass AU🗄️📎

Okay so this one’s been in the works for a WHILE. I talked about it on a story maybe a month ago. The Boss Sumner & Secretary Cass AU. Based on a short story I wrote (I write stories when I don’t feel like drawing 1000 panels of a comic lol), I may post some of my writings sometime we’ll see.

In this AU senior year finishes as normal, and we fast forward a few years. Cassie has a high-up, high-paying job at a company, and is proud of where she’s at.

Well one day she’s in the break room getting herself some coffee when she sees Sumner, that nerdy kid from Canyon High that she used to pick on. She smirks and says some mean comments like how he “must be the janitor” and “how cute” and Sumner is speechless.

Well turns out he’s the CEO. And he calls her into his office later that day and she’s crapping herself thinking she’s fired and ready to beg to keep her job, when he says he’d like her to work directly under him as his secretary.

And of course he makes her life hard as possible and there’s some snarky back-and-forth banter between them, and of course Sumner making her do little annoying tasks and drinks it up as she looks pissed the whole time :]

She gets paid a lot more than her previous position, and she gets to “accidentally” make his coffee too bitter & piss him off too, so she doesn’t complain too much 🩷
