On this XXX episode... I hit my goal weight of 125 lbs, however, I'm not jacked just yet π I discuss my progress then I do a nude leg workout & some abs. I'm feeling better about my progress since I hit my goal weight but now my focus is going to be lifting heavier & getting in my protein every day!ππͺ
