So those of you who have been around a while will know how much I love running & how it really helps me mentally and physically but if youβre new I guess this is a little insight into me! Iβve gone from 75 mile endurance races to struggling through 5ks Tonight I was aiming for 10km/6 miles keeping my average pace under 8.30 minute miles & I smashed it so Iβm super proud - see the receipts at the end of the video! Also before that thereβs my post run cold shower - something else I really love right now & getting into the evenings sleeping attire! Just a reminder that you are capable of more than you realise πͺπ» *disclaimer although this video is for sexual purposes I wear this to run in because itβs comfortable on longer runs/warmer days - please donβt sexualise women running in real life or make them feel uncomfortable just enjoy it in places like this!
