It's OK to not be OK, It's OK to reach out.. Even if it's just to a mental health hotline. I will be back to posting when I feel a little better. Please excuse my bandages when I do post, I don't want them to be pointed out and asked questions. So I'm just giving notice that when I'm out of hospital and posting again, they may be visible in pics. π
